Dayton polypropylene capacitors
By: Don Johnstone on 8 February 2016I recently replaced all the original electrolytic caps on 40 year old Kef sp1004 crossovers in a pair of custom made 3 way speakers from 1975, with equivalent Dayton polypropylene caps. The result was excellent. The speakers now sound clearer, very well balanced, with better imaging, depth and detail than ever before.
