The Loudspeaker Kit is committed to giving our customers a fair deal. 

Satisfaction Guarantee - LSK Speaker Kits

LSK branded kits come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the sound quality from our kits, contact us within 30 days and we will refund the purchase price. We will ask you to tell us about the problem and provide feedback. The customer is responsible for returning the kit and cabinets to us and covering the cost of shipping. This policy applies only to LSK speaker kits. 


LSK speakers carry a 3 year warranty which covers manufacturing defects on all components such as woofers, tweeters and crossover circuits. The warranty does not cover damage to the speakers caused by abuse. We define abuse in this case as including but not lmited to powering them with a faulty amplifer, overdriving them or powering them from an amplifier that is clipping. 

Products from other brands that we sell are subject to the warranty provided by each respective manufacturer.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us. The customer is responsible to cover the cost of shipping the item to our warehouse for inspection. We will then repair, send a replacement or offer a store credit at our discretion.

No Fault Returns

Some customers request a refund on items that have been supplied without any faults. We consider these cases on an individual basis, however, we don't normally accept returns on items that aren't kept in stock regularly to fulfill ongoing demand. Credit or refund on returns is solely at our discretion and you must contact us beforehand; the amount refunded may have a 20% restocking fee deducted plus any shipping, handling, import / export, Government charges, packing or insurance charges.

If you change your mind ...
If you change you mind, we may at our discretion offer a credit or in some circumstances a refund. The items must be unused, in original condition and packaging with all accessories or unopened within 14 days of purchase. They must be returned at your cost including insurance against any loss or damage. 

"The product doesn't suit, can I get a refund?"

Whilst we do attempt to provide good advice on product selection, the customer is responsible to determine the suitability of a product for their intended use. 

Replacement tweeters, woofers and other drivers
When making a purchase of a speaker driver to replace a driver in an existing speaker, it's important to ensure that it will fit the driver cut outs or that you are able to make any necessary modifications if the fit isn't ideal. The drivers we sell normally include links to sufficient information to make an informed decision about fit. We make no claim that they fit other boxes that were not specifically designed for those drivers.
