Good replacement for e46 Harmon K
By: Bernard on 8 October 2014I bought this tweeter to replace a damaged Harmon Kardon tweeter in my e46 bmw convertible. A simple slot in replacement aided by some super glue! Sounds great in combination with the 3" inch and 6 inch Dayton reference speakers I also used. Sound is clear and a real improvement on stock. May be too clear for some. The original tweeter has a 3.3 mfd capacitor as crossover. This needs to be retained with the Dayton. It's a simple solder.
